Opera Fortis is  inalienable partner for Sinfonietta Fortis. 

Opera Fortis produces operas more or less yearly basis. 

The debut production was The Black Monk chamber opera composed by Finnish Pehr-Henrik Nordgren after Anton Chekhovs short story. Premiered September 2022 at Alexander Theatre. Production was part of Helsinki Contemporary Opera Festival and join event for Helsinki Festivals.
